Introducing Clubhouse RE, our Newest Brand Identity Project



Jimmy Dulin is a well-known and highly respected real estate professional in the Indianapolis market. During our discovery phase, every agent we spoke to reiterated that Jimmy is what makes their team unique.


Over the decades, Jimmy has not only built but also cultivated a culture of inclusivity and innovation.


One might say a big part of how he accomplished this was through food. An avid foodie, Jimmy's office is equipped with a full-sized chef's kitchen, where he has created numerous delectable dishes and hosted dinners, soirées, and gatherings where agents cheer on their favorite sports teams.


The space became known as "The Clubhouse," so it was only natural for Jimmy to name his real estate team Clubhouse RE.



We crafted this vision board to encompass the culture of food and belonging, incorporating the eXp brand colors to ensure coordination with their brokerage. The soft red and blue tones we chose as their primary colors both complement the eXp branding and reflect the culture of Clubhouse RE.



The modern "CH" icon was created using negative space, aligning with the innovative brand that Jimmy and his team represent. We also designed a pattern to be used as a consistent design element throughout their branding.



The pattern's use on their lawn signs, in particular, sets Clubhouse RE apart in the market.











The Clubhouse RE brand is strong, confident, smart, and decisive, and this ethos carries through all brand assets.
