The 3 Keys to Your Success 🔑
1. Create an Email Newsletter
This is an absolute must, and the simplest way to amp up your efforts. 📈 Plan your content ahead and plug and play using the same fabulous template each time. This makes you unforgettable, recognizable, and keeps you top of mind with your audience. Think of it as your weekly or monthly must-read. 📰
2. Be Consistent
Consistency is queen 👑. Choose whether you’ll send your newsletter weekly or monthly and stick to it. For example, I send my newsletter, The Sunbeam, every Sunday at 6:00 AM Eastern. Three years strong, same template, fresh content. It keeps me on point, and my readers know exactly when to tune in.
3. Be Authentic
Be real, be you. 😊 Share content that's relatable and packed with value. Think of it as a chat with your bestie. Share stories, provide useful info, and keep it casual. One of my favorites is from a Keller Williams agent in Bolton, Massachusetts, Amy Balewicz Homes. Her monthly email is all about local events—no sales pitch, just pure value. I save her emails because they're a goldmine of fun family activities.

Here’s a golden rule—never, ever send an email without consent. And don’t buy lists. 👎 Sending emails to people who didn’t sign up to hear from you? Major faux pas. You’ll end up with a bad rep, and your emails will land straight in the spam folder.
